Perfect your swim technique with Coach Ed Nessel
A pharmacist, biochemist and physiologist from Rutgers University, Ed Nessel comes to Central Florida from New Jersey where he was the director of the masters swim program and clinic coordinator/presenter at Rutgers and director of the racing camp. Known nationally as a sprint coach, Ed has worked with age-group, high school and collegiate champions, and All-Americas and Olympic and world championship medalists. He also coached the fastest swimmer in the world, Cullen Jones, who swam with Ed while in high school in NJ. He also has produced national champion masters teams and masters All-Americas, and has coached at the Olympic Training Center. Ed brings 38-plus years of experience along with his innovative approach to moving through water quickly.

We are getting a group together for a one-day swim clinic. It’s a day of instruction, videotaping above and under water with stroke analysis and discussions about public health topics that are important to athletes.
