Information provided is always cutting edge, much of which has been and presently is field-tested by Coach Nessel. This includes breathing patterns, the use of fins in underwater hydroplaning and streamline, video analysis off the blocks and to the 15-meter mark, the latest in starts, turns and finishes.

Coach Nessel thinks out of the box and there’s no such thing as: “This is the way we’ve always done it.” He’s constantly looking for technically groundbreaking innovations.

Camps and clinics use the registered logo: Moving Through Water.

Coach Nessel doesn’t teach people how to swim at the camps, he teaches them how to race.

Campers receive personal video on DVD of above and underwater stroke analysis to take home and study, along with handouts on Coach Nessel’s research.
